The Homanna beta program and this reward are offered by Homanna (“we,” “us”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Apple Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc. “TestFlight” is a trademark of Apple Inc.; “Amazon” and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 years or older who have a compatible iPhone and a valid email address. The reward is available only to practicing professional real estate agents who currently have at least a few active deals and leads they are pursuing — Homanna is evaluated against real, ongoing pipeline activity. This is a reward for completing the beta program — not a prize draw or sweepstakes. Selection is based on meeting these eligibility criteria and completing the requirements below, on a first-come basis. Employees of Homanna and their immediate household are not eligible for the reward.
3. The $100 reward
A total reward of US $100, delivered as Amazon.com e-gift card(s), is available to the first ten (10) eligible participants who complete all requirements below. It is paid in two parts:
- First $50 — after you (a) complete full setup of the Homanna app, (b) actively use it for at least one (1) week, and (c) complete a 30-minute feedback session with our team.
- Second $50 — after you (a) continue actively using the app for at least one (1) month, and (b) complete a second 30-minute feedback session.
Once ten participants have completed the requirements, the reward offer closes. We confirm your spot by email. The reward is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except that we may substitute a reward of equal value if necessary.
4. Beta software — provided “as is”
The Homanna beta is pre-release software provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. It may contain bugs or errors and may change or be discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta.
5. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share may be used and incorporated by us into our products and services freely, with no obligation or compensation beyond the reward described above.
6. Confidentiality
The beta and any non-public information about it are confidential. Please do not publicly share screenshots, performance results, or details about the beta without our prior written permission.
7. Data & privacy
Homanna connects to your email and texts to build your CRM. It reads your messages to organize your pipeline and may prepare draft replies and follow-ups for you. Nothing is ever sent automatically — a message goes out only after you review and approve the draft, so you stay in control of everything sent from your account. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to the reward.
9. Changes & termination
We may modify, suspend, or end the beta program or this reward offer, or update these terms, at any time.
