These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Homanna customer-relationship platform for real estate professionals, available as mobile apps, a macOS companion app, and a web application (together, the "Service"), operated by Homanna ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Homanna helps real estate professionals organize their client relationships. With your permission, it connects to your email, messages, contacts, and calendar to build and maintain your client pipeline, and uses AI to generate summaries, suggestions, and draft messages that you review and approve. Your use of connected Google services is also subject to Google's terms, and our handling of data received through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Homanna is currently offered as a beta (pre-release) service. The Service is under active development and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis: it may contain bugs, behave unexpectedly, be unavailable at times, and gain, lose, or change features without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta, in whole or in part, at any time.
No service levels. The beta carries no uptime, availability, or support commitments and no service-level agreement. You are not entitled to credits or refunds for downtime, errors, or data that is delayed, lost, or corrupted.
Back up your data. Because the Service is pre-release, data may be lost, reset, or become temporarily inaccessible. Treat Homanna as a working copy and not your system of record, and keep your own independent records of anything important.
Free during the beta. The Service is free to use during the beta, including any "founding," first-year-free, or similar offer we make. We may introduce pricing for continued use after the beta; where we do, we will give you notice and the choice to continue before any charge applies.
Your feedback. We may invite you to share feedback, bug reports, and suggestions. Such feedback is not confidential, and you grant Homanna a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including to develop, improve, and promote the Service, with no obligation or compensation to you.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
When you connect your accounts, Homanna processes personal information about both you and the people you communicate with — your clients, prospects, co-buyers, and transaction partners (your "Contacts"). For this Contact information, you are the controller of that data and Homanna acts as a processor on your behalf, handling it according to your instructions and our Privacy Policy.
Your representation. By connecting your accounts and importing data, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to share your Contacts' information with Homanna for processing, and that doing so complies with applicable laws and any obligations you owe those Contacts. You agree to obtain any consents or provide any notices that the law requires for this sharing, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
If one of your Contacts asks us about their information, we may refer the request to you and work with you to respond. Either you or your Contact may contact us at privacy@homanna.com.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of any messages you send using the Service.
The Service generates AI-assisted summaries, suggestions, and drafts. These may contain errors and are provided to assist you, not to replace your professional judgment. Nothing is sent on your behalf without your review and approval, and you are responsible for anything you choose to send.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information and forms part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homanna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date, and where changes are material we will seek your agreement as required by law.
